Needs is your virtual personal assistant that connects clients with selected services and talents. Submit a request via SMS and we will get back to you with a detailed proposal including the final cost. If accept it, we connect you with the service provider.

Is there a monthly subscription fee?


NO. You pay only once you accept our final proposal.

What kind of requests can I submit?


You can submit any request listed in the “Services”section of our website.
We are happy to set up a tailor made team of experts for more complex requests.

Do I have to register to the website before submitting a request?

You, have to register if you decide to submit a request. It’s free. No need to register if you are asking for general inquiries about our services.

How and when do I Pay?

You can pay by credit cards and Twint. We accept all major Credit Cards.

Do I have to live in Switzerland to submit a request?

No, you can submit a request from anywhere in the World.

How do you select your partners?


For each service category, we select the best, the most reliable and most innovative services and talents.

What are your working hours?

You can submit a request anytime but our working hours are 10am-10pm Monday to Friday. We will answer in a timely manner.We do charge an extra processing fee during the weekend.
